1. A Little Yellow Cube

You would be right to wonder what the hell the Subject line is all about on this one. So  was sitting in a meeting the other day and my mind was doing it’s thing, wondering how I was going to incorporate the topic into a relevant share. I had a Post-It note in my hand because you have to reserve a seat at this meeting and they provide Post-It notes for you to write your name on and stick to our chair. Anyway, I decided to try and create an origami cube using the little yellow square. It began easily enough then became increasing more difficult as the folds became smaller and smaller. After much micro paper folding and manipulating, I had a Little Yellow Cube (Box). I looked up and notice several people had been following my progress and were looking curiously at the result. I liked my Little Yellow Cube and took it back to my car, where it now sits in a little cubby on the dash. So, what’s the point? Not quite sure, yet. It has started quite a few conversations with people and in my head and I have come to a decision of sorts. The Little Yellow Box (Cube) is going to be a symbol for me. A symbol that things are going to get better from the point of its creation forward. I will use as a visual mental anchor to refocus me when I begin to wander. A most important thing in my mini crisis of faith. A symbol that God is Everything, including the Little Yellow Cube. I know, you may be thinking, “Man, he’s really lost it now!”. My response would simply be, “I lost it ago, and and just trying to find it again one tiny step at a time.”
